RATES:
Summer/Fall - April 16th through December 15th: Rates $175/night plus Hawaii State Tax of
13.416%.
Add $90 Cleaning fee.
High Season/Winter - $225/night plus Hawaii State Tax of 13.416%
December 16th through April 15th.
Add $90 Cleaning fee.
A 3-night deposit is required to hold
reservation and must be paid within 2 weeks of making the reservation. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to
the start of your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a deposit refund, less a $150 fee, cancellation
is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date,
payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the $150 cancellation fee.

Reservation Information
These prices reflect an owner-direct discount and are only available by contacting us directly.
Book early as we frequently have reservations one year in advance. Sugar Beach 120 is managed by "Maui Condo & Home
Vacations" - Maui (800-822-4409).
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
If you need a late check out, we can guarantee a later check out by charging an additional 1/2 of the daily rate plus
tax. Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you will need a later check out.
To keep our rates
low, there is no daily maid service at Sugar Beach Resort. When you check in, it will have been professionally cleaned. Likewise,
when you check out, the condo will be cleaned for the next guests.
We do not currently book rental cars, but suggest
you obtain one for your stay in Maui.
